Nature of Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (3D models, BIM components, and digital assets), once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally considered “used” and is non-returnable.
Eligibility for a Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
Technical Defect: The digital file is corrupted or does not function as described in the product specifications.
Misrepresentation: The delivered product is significantly different from the preview images or description provided on our website.
Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link or access to the digital product after a successful transaction.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at contact@mahelak.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue (e.g., screenshots of technical errors).
Processing Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our authorized Merchant of Record. Once a refund is approved by Mahelak, it will be processed through our official payment partner. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
