They are responsible for all financial transactions, customer service inquiries, and returns related to payments. By making a purchase, you agree that your personal data will be processed by the Merchant of Record for the purpose of transaction fulfillment and tax collection according to global regulations.

4. License to Use Digital Products

All products on Mahelak.com are licensed, not sold. Upon successful payment:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Product.
You may incorporate the Products into your professional architectural projects, renders, animations, and construction documentation (Incorporated Product).
Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw digital files (RFA, RVT, etc.) with third parties or on other marketplaces.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and digital assets on this site are the exclusive property of Mahelak.com. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification of any material on the Site is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

6. User Account and Security
