Bring realistic commercial kitchen equipment into your Revit projects with this detailed Commercial Fryer family. It is modelled entirely with native Revit geometry and contains no imported CAD. It looks clean and professional in 3D views, elevations, plans and rendered views.

Detailed geometry includes:
– Brushed stainless steel main body with a front deck nose and panel reveals
– Open frying oil tank with a visible oil surface
– Two wire-mesh fryer baskets with chrome rims and black insulated handles
– Control panel with a thermostat knob and dial plate, a power rocker switch, amber and green indicator lights, and a red reset button
– Front access door with a handle, a raised panel and ventilation louvres
– Oil drain valve with a red lever handle
– Rear flue / backsplash with a top vent grille, louvre slots and a basket hanger rail
– Four stainless steel adjustable legs with levelling feet

Simple and fully parametric
The family is deliberately kept simple. It has only three dimensional parameters: Width, Depth and Height. Every part of the fryer follows these three values. It has no formulas, no MEP connectors and no unnecessary controls. All geometry is locked to reference planes, so the family flexes cleanly without errors or warnings.
